Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship and are insured for free.

Shipping Price
All domestic orders will be shipped and insured at no cost.

Free Shipping applies to US domestic orders only. For International Shipping, please see the section below.

If FedEx Expedited service is selected for an order being delivered to a PO Box address, the order will be shipped using USPS Priority Service.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery Time

  • Transit time: 4–5 business days, depending on destination

  • Shipments are made Monday through Friday

  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–7 business days

Pre-Sale Products and Products on Delay

If an order contains both pre-sale/delayed items and in-stock items, the entire order will not ship until the pre-sale/delayed items become available.

If you wish to have in-stock items ship separately, we recommend placing separate orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the discretion of Lovusi, unless otherwise stated on the website.

A signature may be required upon delivery at the discretion of Lovusi.

If you waive signature requirements with your mail carrier, shipping insurance will not apply. Insurance will also not apply if:

  • Someone other than the addressee signs for the package (e.g., neighbors, employees, property managers)

  • The shipment is sent to a UPS Store, FedEx Store, mailbox service, or locker location

If a package is lost or damaged, Lovusi will file the insurance claim. You agree to cooperate fully with any requirements of the insurance investigation.

Any disputes regarding damaged, missing, or non-delivered items must be reported to Lovusi within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of replacement or refund.

Upon claim approval, Lovusi reserves the right to replace or refund the order at its sole discretion.

International Shipping

Lovusi does offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and quoted at checkout based on the products ordered and the destination country.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

If you refuse delivery or are unavailable to receive the package, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Lovusi will not re-ship any order until all related costs are paid in full.

Lovusi will not re-ship an international order until the original package is returned from customs. A $75 re-processing fee, plus reshipment costs, will apply. No exceptions apply.

Additional Shipping Information

Shipping to PO Boxes:
Any shipment with a value greater than $10,000 sent to a PO Box will not be insured. Insurance coverage for PO Box shipments ends once the package is signed for by USPS.

If an order is returned to Lovusi as undeliverable or if a delayed shipment is requested, a $30 per month storage and insurance fee will apply from the original order date.

Any re-shipment required due to customer error will incur a minimum $30 re-shipment fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
