If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within seven (7) days of receiving your product, you may return the product for a refund. A pre-paid return label can be generated through your account. To initiate a return, please visit your Order History and submit a return request online, or contact our Help Center.

Lovusi is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Conditions

Partial returns and partial refunds are not accepted.
For example, if a coin set is purchased and one item is deemed unacceptable, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. -
The original order pack slip is required for all returns.

Lovusi reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, charge fees for excessive returns, or suspend accounts with a pattern of excessive return activity.

Certificate of Non-Receipt (CNR)
If your order did not arrive or arrived with missing items, you must complete and submit a Certificate of Non-Receipt (CNR) within 14 calendar days from the shipment date.
Once the completed CNR is received, Lovusi will review the claim and provide a resolution within six (6) weeks.
